Why is it that cops are quick to get on someone with a sound system in their car even if its a premium factory one thats loud but still cant be heard over 50 feet away but you have all these retards with their 98 dodge neons and those really loud mufflers that dont even do anything for preformance or someone with a Harley Davidson motorcycle that you can hear from 2 1/2 blocks away and I never see or hear about them getting pulled over for noise violations. It dosnt matter what the sound is it could be you breathing for all the written law states if anyone can hear you breathing or any other noise coming from your car at over 50 feet your supposed to get a ticket....AFTER someone finds your inhaler so unless you have a relvent answer please dont

there are several traffic laws that can fit this situation
for loud mufflers there is a traffic laws that requires even bikes to
have a muffler that does not emmit a unusal sound. for loud radio
most cities have a ordinance that make it against the law. i will write a citation most of the time if the situation calls for it . i will stop a loud bike as fast as i would a bassin vehicle . if the driver want attention he/she will get it . most of the time a warning but if required a citation . yes even a bike will be stopped.

People should not have to hear others music on a public road. I find myself having my stereo drowned out by others music or my car shaken by distorted bass. This behavior is also dangerous. I can remember several people being killed on occasion by Fire trucks blowing their horns through red lights while others heard them and pulled over. - I'm editing here because the asker emailed me to answer the whole question. I believe the same laws should apply to all noise pollution. It's just as annoying to hear a loud muffler on a Harley. I hope that satisfies you're question and no disrespect but next time you email me be more specific about the question. I had to go back through about 40 answers to find you're question.

convinced, they're nevertheless required to respond to the grievance yet they may even see the priority is over with and decide no longer to knock on the door. person-friendly techniques to handle that's to call the law enforcement officials and performance an officer refer to the neighbor about the noise at mind-blowing hours of the nighttime. regularly, after 10pm you need to anticipate peace and quiet. in the different case, save calling the law enforcement officials and they are going to save responding, and finally provide them a cost ticket.

if your stero doesn't sound bad then they shouldn't give you a ticket for it, but as for the f@gs with the fart pipes on their stupid cars and the guys on the harleys (which sound like sh!t) then they should be getting tickets
