My gf came home to find me accidentally sleeping with her sister she then picked up my cat Tiddles(RIP) and threw him out the window to his death! she said she thought it was my kosack hat I want to beleive her and really need an empty so what do I do?????

She is sadistic and heartless. She's lying if she's telling you that she didn't realize what she had in her hand was a living, breathing, struggling animal. Cats don't lie inert while people pick them up and carry them to a window and throw them out. The cat would've moved around in her hand(s). She's a liar and cruel. If she will treat a helpless animal like that, how do you think she'll eventually treat you?
That being said, "Accidentally" sleeping with her sister? Come on! She should've thrown YOU out the window.

Granted, what you did was definitely wrong but can we say "over-reaction".
I'm sorry, but anyone that picks up a live, warm, breathing creature and can't tell the difference between that and a hat before she throws it out the window needs some serious help.
As for the rest, she should have kicked both you and her sister to the curb. Bad enough for you to be doing this kind of stuff but her sister is her blood, she should know better.

I didn't know sleeping with someone became an accident. LOL. Anyways..you got what you deserved....deal with it or buy you a new cat. And let the girl go. If you cared about her you wouldnt have slept with her sister unless they were twins by chance.

Keep these issue seperate. Killing a cat is illegal, "endangering or crualty to an animal." You can sue her for that. If not, other people who find out about the dead cat can sue you.
Hey, why not, either one of you have to pay fine plus the possibillity of jail time, why not settle it in court.
