I dnt know what to do...
Ive been taking a few driving lessons lately and my instructor/teacher seems to be quite imcompetent (always late and forgets when i have my lessons) - but on the whole, teaches me quite decently,
and now, i dont know whether i shud switch to another teacher or stick with this one because if i change, the teacher may not be as good as my previous teacher...

Yes I would switch. If the new teacher does not work out, you can switch again.

How do you feel about it?
If you think it's really impeding on your learning, then go ahead and change.
But it's probably not so bad to stick to him and perhaps talk to him about it if necessary.

Buy him a PDA as a gift and feed in your schedules before giving him.
