It's Sunday today...so there are NO VETS OPEN. This is a very rural area. That's why I'm on here asking for help. If my dog is alive tomorrow, I can take him to the vet, but I need help now.

Determine the poison - as others have said CALL POISON CONTROL.
Get some vegetable oil and a turkey baster or large (60cc) syringe - no needle - with some poisons get vegetable oil down the dog. IF he's concious give a little at a time allowing enough time to swallow. Get a couple syringes worth down him if you can.
If it's rat poison or such things go get a human vitamin k supplement - get that down him to compensate and keep inside...avoid any cuts, bumping to bruise etc. There's a mention in this month's Countryside magazine of someone who saved a dog from being poisoned with rat poison with vitamin k in large enough doses to allow the body to compensate (which is all the vet could do and was done under a vet's knowledge).
Watch dehydration, especially if the dog is vomiting. Make sure water is available.
If you can determine the type of poison and call poison control better.

ANIMAL POISON CONTROL CENTER HOT LINE 1-888-426-4435

also...calling your vet you may get an answering service that could page the vet ON CALL....the vet will call you back, then instruct you what to do....probably have you come in to their clinic...if no answering service is there....dial 411 *information* to get the number of an emergency vet clinic near you.

hope everything is okay!

Call any and all vets until you get one that has an emergency number. Large animal, small animal, exotic animal, whatever. Just tell them you need help now or your dog may be dead in the morning.
