Usually those marriage pacts are made for 35 years old, not 25.
So you dig this guy (more than your current boyfriend, it seems) and you made a pact that if you don't find someone better to marry you will marry one another - and he lives in Florida (and seems pretty clear that that will remain the same).
I'll tell you what happened to me - I had an on-again/off-again, casual relationship with a guy who moved to florida. He said oh come down, no I am not dating anyone, i miss you, come live her... I did.
It was great to see him but before too long I could see that he did have a girlfriend (who barged in on us at a most inappropriate moment), 1/2 of his friends were coke heads and I really knew nothing about this guy's real life. It was full of drama and I couldn't deal with it. Luckily I had only given up my apartment (not ditched a perfectly good man) and I could stay with friends back home while I got myself back together.
I guess I learned that it is wonderful to fantasize about a wonderful new life with wonderful new exciting people in a wonderful new place - but you really don't know what you are getting into until you are actually living in that situation. Think about it long and hard before you make any decisions you might regret.
Peace!

Take your time to make the big choices in life. Leaving your home turf for someone is not a good idea unless you really know them well and they can and will take care of you. Florida is no place for unprepared women. You could end up in a very bad situation. Let things play out more before jumping into anything.

This is what I say. Get your degree and decide for yourself. Things change in time. Maybe you should visit him on your breaks for right now but I would finish school and if you really truly want to be with him and he wants you then go. This is what my mom said to me " Just make sure if he does act a fool you have enough money and education that you can take care of yourself" Good luck.

I think you should leave your boyfriend. you have feelings for another person, your boyfriend does not deserve you cheating on him physically and now mentally. Even if you choose to let things blow over, you still cheated on him.
