The place your purchased it, if it's a name brand most of the time the company want charge you for them. The bag dealers have several extras on hand most of the time.

Ditto going to the mfg, website. I had the same problem with my Ogia bag and got a replacement leg in just over a week.

If I were you I would just buy a pull cart. You can pick one up for 40 bucks. That way here you don't have to worry about throwing out your back.
