It's easy to tell on puppies.
Boys have penises, Girls don't.
They are very visible from birth on.
Make sure momma doggie doesn't mind you handling her puppies, and be gentle and careful.

God I hope you spay her after this!!! It is pretty sad if you can't tell the sex of a puppy!!!!! PENIS=BOY!!! That would be the thing that is on the underside of some puppies!!!! If the belly doesn't have a PENIS, it is a girl!!!! Can't you compare a few and see a difference????????
There will be no testicles at this age. So all the people telling you to look for them better wait about 4-6 more weeks!!!!!! They have them WAY before 4 months!!!!! I have a litter of 7 week olds and I have felt testicles for at least 3 weeks now.

First of all male puppies are not born with balls. They get them at about 4 months.
The females have their little hershey kisses at the very back of them. right below their tails.
Male puppies have their penises right near their belly button.

Exactly when did you discover that your dog was a female? Assuming that the dog that had the puppies is a female...

femals usually have both thier parts together under thier tails. males usually have thier parts near thier bellies. but to make sure, watch them pee. if the urine comes from near the belly, then it is male. females urine comes out close to thier tails. and females usually squat to pee.

look for a um... twig and berries or cucumber and tomatoes or pencil and erasers or woody the woodpecker. just lift the leg and look. duh
