Have her say it. As women we understand what people mean even if they don't come right out and say it. You know when a person is trying to tell you that they are sorry in their own way right? It's kinda the same thing. Talk to her and tell her that you are not a verbally expressive person when it comes to love, and then go on to tell her how you feel when she's around, tell her what she adds to your life, and tell her what she means to you. Then ask her do she understand what you are trying to say to her. If she says yes are you saying you love me than you can just answer yes without having the actual 3 words come out of your mouth. If she says no, you should now be comfortable enough to tell her since you have told her how she is such a great part of your life.

In person (unfornately the last time I expressed feelings for someone I didn't have that luxury). Be sincere and direct. That all you can do. Can make someone feel something for you.
