it depends on the woman, honestly the best thing to do is to talk to the person you are with communication typically lead to better sex. some women enjoy pleasing their partner which in turn leads to self pleasure knowing that they are able to please the other.
now if the woman is a random party ***** in which you are receiving a drunken or even a sober bj, this presents a new realm of potential psychological issues (need for acceptance, or the lack of self confidence). In this case take it while it last, and don't ponder on the experience.

Not for all women. Some women don't enjoy it. Others love it and it really turns them on. If something turned on my man it would give me enjoyment to do that for him and if it turned him on, then that would turn me on too. Does that make any sense?
