"No-one knows for certain that their belief is right, so why not leave others to decide for themselves."
"I have no problem with there" not "being a God or a creator." " My problem is the unhappiness" non-religious "bigots have caused throughout history. "

It's exactly the other way around. Look in history.
Religious people have allways tried to convince non-religious people and they have used a lot of violence tot do that. There was and is a lot of bloodshed in the name of religion.

i think they lack the nessisary spiritual life to remain mentally healthy; and so have to make up for it by ranting and raveing to people they damn well know they cannot persuade.
their condition is a recent one in the history of the human race. people have believed in god/ goddess and an afterlife since before recorded history. homo sapiens have always had god/ goddess and the afterlife hard wired into their minds.
the atheist thing is so recent that it must be due to some psycological problem that mankind has developed fairly recently in it's history.

It is because they know they are wrong and they are trying to make other people be wrong and go to hell with them. They are scared of the idea that they will go to hell alone so they drag others with them. By the way I am a religious person and I don't try to convert non religious people to being religious but others try to because they want to save them from going to hell.

Seems to me it's the other way around. It's the religious people trying to tell others how to live our lives. Remove the beem from your eye before you even think of trying to find the sliver in others eyes

Interesting, yeah I seem to remember lots of agnostics standing on street corners proclaiming the end of the world was near, and branding everyone who believes in god as sinners.

So, I take it you are a religious person. I pose this question to you: Why can't religious people just shut up? If you stopped pushing your beliefs on the non believers, we wouldn't be pushing our beliefs on you.

To prevent a cataclysmic "clash of civilizations."
The Arabs survived the first round of Crusaders; God only knows who'll survive this round.
