there it should be one of the first two links that you click on in the site. I dunno about the technology but i thought it was a cool video.

Probably a hoax. I wouldn't get too excited about it.

He drove for 100 miles using 4 oz of water ... oh, but he has his car set up as a hybrid (read: it went 100 miles on ordinary gasoline)

He turns on his electrolyzer and gas comes out of a nozzle that burns hot but he can still hold the tip of the torch! (big deal, the gas flow is cooling the end. It proves nothing, zip, nada)

The flame produces water! (of course it produces water, it is hydrogen and oxygen combining to .... water. It has done this for centuries, maybe longer)

The military is interested in the technology. (the military investigates all possible technology. It doesn't mean it is good)

This has all the markings of a hoax: short on facts long on peripheral demonstrations that mean nothing.
