If you're serious about being a SEAL, forget about it. SEALs have some of the toughest training and physical requirements of any military program in the world. Even among the applicants they accept, the dropout rate is very high.
When you can run 10 miles, swim 2 miles in the ocean, and do 200 pushups, all without breaking a sweat, then think about becoming a SEAL.

If I where you I look at doing something else. Sounds like your body was not meant to handle physical torment. Have you thought about an office job? This is some advise from a former Marine. Just a thought, the Seal program is not for everyone.
