Try your local bakers or ask friends if they know anyone who makes cakes. If you are really cleaver (unlike me) you can hire cake tins and make one for him. x

You don't need a cake pan shaped like a number 1. You can make a sheet cake and cut the number out yourself. Take a cardboard sheet and trace the outline of the number in the style you want, then place it on the cake and cut it with a very sharp knife.

depends if u want it decorated or make it ur self ..
there are cake decorating shops that u can get the tins from or even hire them, and then do it urself.
or alternative is to type in celebration cakes in google/ask.com or something similar and u should be able to find a cake maker near u .. or if u got a bakers such as gregs/peters they do them to I think .. good luck u could even try ebay for the tins ..

If you didn't find what you're looking for on the web then look in your local business directory. If that doesnt woek try the phone book.
As a last resort you could try the cake counter at Asda/walmart/Tesco, many of them make custom cakes.

Your local bakery should be able to make one for you or you could make one yourself. Here are some links for the tins:

I found several bakers overseas and a few in the US but I don't know your location. A locally made cake, (all the more special if you bake it), would be the best, because you know that it will be fresh and intact when it arrives.

If you are in the UK try somewhere like John Lewis or Lakeland Plastics. I'm sure I've seen them in there.
