My daughter is 7. She was at her dad's, and his wife breastfeeds their 5 month old baby. Most people are modest while breastfeeding, but on this day....my daughter was watching TV, and apparently the baby was hungry. Her stop mom proceeded to stand in front of the television, lift her dress all the way up to her neck, and was completely naked underneath. (No panties, no bra). She rocked back and forth in front of the TV where my daughter couldn't see the TV, she could only see this naked person standing infront of her. Last summer, they were at her step mom's house, and apparently they spent the night. My daughter woke up, and looked through the house for someone. When she found no one, she went out the back, only to find this woman standing outside butt naked cleaning the pool. She said that she told her dad about the breastfeeding incident while it was going on, and he didn't do anything about it. When I try to talk to him, he calls me names and says I am only trying to start trouble

Me starting trouble isn't the case, but I am worried "who is it going to be next?" This womans dad? My mother says this is a form of sexual abuse and that I should contact my attorney. What do you all think?

That behaviour is completely inapropriate. An adult exposing themselves to a child is a form of sexual abuse. If a man exposed himself to a child on the street he would be charged, why should this be any different if it happens inside a home? And your right who's gonna be next Or what is she gonna do next??? Dont take any chances this is ur daughter and its your responsibility to protect her, do the right thing.

Wether or not this is a form of sexual abuse I don't really know. What I do know is if this happened to my child I would be very angry and I wouldn't want my child to go back over there anymore. This woman is old enough to know better. This poor child has should not have to live like this when she is up at her dad's no matter how many days she is up there 1 or 15. I would deffinetly contact my lawyer and tell him that she was not going back up there until this matter was resoved. And if her father has anything to say about it I would tell him that my lawyer will be getting in contact with him soon.

I think you should explain to your husband that you don't want your daughter exposed to this type activity. If it continues to happen then at that point I would see a lawyer and get in touch with family services. Now I know breast feeding is natural, BUT to expose her body completely is not a healthy thing. NOT as you explain it anyway. To expose her breast is one thing but not wearing any panties and lifting her dress up like that, I would have a problem with that too. Keep an eye on the situation and take it from there. Good Luck. OH I wouldn't tell your X or his wife of any plans to make any reports as they might take it out on your daughter.

If you have heard this and not seen this slip your daugther a camera or camera phone and get a picture of the event occuring. This is not per say sexual abuse but indecent exposure to a minor. That way if you get a picture you can take it to a lawyer or judge and show that your daughter is not in a loving environment. Also as a side note although I do not suggest this you could use the picture as blackmail.

it for sure isn't a good thing. i feel that if u r getting no where with the father then maybe you should contact your attorney. what's the big deal all your asking him is to have respect for your daughter when she is there. not unreasonable.

i agree this is abuse a 7 yr old should not be tramatized by this woman who may be doing this out of spite and can damage a child mentally

I am just guessing and haven't looked it up legally but, it could be classified as indecent exposure or maybe on the verge of pornography. At any case.............contact the lawyer. They will know just what to do.

yea any type of abuse is bad...I would tell someone about it..if you are not comfortable with it and your child is not comfortable with it then tell someone..it isn't right for a child to have to go through stuff like that..hurry and tell someone..I wish you the best of luck
