The Bush Administration has been secretly planning a massive superhighway to be funded by a Spanish company that will extend though the heartland of the US from Mexico to Canada. The highway will enable all shipments from the Far East to be shipped from Mexican ports on Mexican trucks to a point in Kansas City. US ports will be decimated as all Asain shipments will now come into the US from Mexico on Mexican trucks. US ports and dockworkers will be cut out of the picture. This plan is super secret and has been deliberately kept from the American public. Should the Bush Administration be allowed to sell out America to the Mexicans? Why does a Spanish company have to provide funding for this? Is it to keep the whole plan a secret from taxpayers? It is not normal for Spanish companies to provide funding for US interstate highways. Why now?

It isn't just the superhighway it is an entire plan to put together a 'North American Alliance' which we know nothing about. Congressman Tancredo has called for hearings on the plans, which are apparently to allow free passage of goods, services and 'low risk traffic [unlimited immigration??]'.

There are working groups from each country working on this. You can find the names of the Canadian working group on their governmental web pages. However, our own government is much more secretive.

That sort of idea might work with largely co-equal economies. We and Canada might be able to make a go of it. However, if Mexico is added Canada and the US's social services will end up supporting the poor of Mexico, based on looking at current immigration impacts. That will leave our own people nothing to rely on ourselves.

Yes I have, and I Don't like it one bit! It's all part of the New World Order globalist agenda! And they WILL LOSE! More importantly, why is it being ignored by the Senate, House, Supreme Court, and mainstream media?! Oh, because it's all part of the plan. By 2010 the globalists are trying to make the North American Union a reality. It's got to stop.

Hey, Angela R and realestate_leader, are yall for real? I hope you're joking. You, Sir, need a Holiday in Cambodia. Go live in Hungary, China or North Korea if that's really how you feel. This is the land of the free, it's not for you if you'd rather be a slave.

Well, this falls in line with Walmarts long range plan. The only hitch in the giddy up in the process of buying goods from third world nations or areas of low wages that raised prices, was the longshoreman at Los Angeles and New York ports. This will solve that problem, and in the process bring chinese manufactured goods to the US stores even more cheaply. I saw rollerball the movie many years ago and the idea of the corporate state is becoming more of a reality all the time. Seems that in search of the almighty buck, even good ole george dubyah is willing to sell out the nation.

And for all those politicians that want those liberal immigration laws, and amnesty, and drivers licenses for illegals, and no id needed for voting, well folks when the majority swings over to the hispanic side and you don't speak spanish and have a latin sounding last name, it's bye bye at the polls ms boxer, ms feinstein, mr kennedy, etc.

Have a nice day

Hmmmm? Spanish super highway? Is that like in Spain? or do you mean Mexican/Latin American superhighway. Isn't there already the Pan American Highway?
Highways aren't our problem, illegals using the highways ARE!
So what do we all do with this Bush Man? Grit our teeth and bear it, I suppose?
All we can do is "ACT UP" (didn't the Gays have that idea?) and make a fuss. Damned! I feel all ineffectual living here in the USA at the moment. So much so wrong! What to DO?!

I have heard of it and even seen it sketched. It is Bush's little secret. They are trying to further ram NAFTA down our throats. I suppose once the secret is out, there will be a massive outcry by anti-globalists in the country - hopefully enough of an outcry to create political mobilization against such economic policies.

Its no secret, it has been on here and in the news for days. What else could you expect from a administration hell bent on destroying the American way of life. It is just another in a long list of reasons to vote democratic in the congressional elections.

Its no secret. It was part of the NAFTA plans, under the Clinton administration.

Why doesn't any one address this? Since NAFTA the illegal problem has increased. You make business alliances with other countries both legal and illegal immigration will increase. Its simple logic.

We continue to have this isolationist mentally and we fear change. Look at Europe, they opened there borders, are they in shambles? No, stop promoting the politics of fear already, globalization is inevitable.....
