try not to let the personal relationship screw up your work environment. (try not to get fired.) most ppl say don't date your boss well i don't see a problem with it. it is just another relationship... so why can't you date ur boss? just don't bring up work into your personal fights or arguments or conversations. cuz that can cause a loss of job or a serious b/up. Good Luck!!! oh make sure he isn't married. LOL! that could stir things up too.

Take it from someone who has been there--stay clear of this trap. He may be a great guy, he may like you, you may like him. But, if this thing goes sour---so does your job--is it worth it?

First, he's setting himself up for sexual harassment charges, if not from you then from other females in the company jealous of your relationship who may say you are getting preferential treatment. Second, if he tires of you--not only do you lose the romance, you lose the job. Third--there's no seperating the thin line at work--it is just a lose/lose situation for YOU all the way around.

Why set yourself up for the heartbreak? I don't know what you do or where you work but it is ALWAYS a bad idea to date the boss. I have almost NEVER seen this work out. I've seen women get hurt, lose their jobs and have a hard time recovering from it. When they tried to sue to get their jobs back because they were fired because of the break-up--they are always humiliated in the proceedings because they consented to the affair despite the fact that HE had power over her. You really need to stay clear, for your own sake!

Start dating him but quit your job. It's not healthy to see each other 24/7 or have him as your boss. In today's workplace it would be difficult to draw the line between boss and husband during work hours.

BACK OFF NOW! If you get involved with your boss a few things will happen: first, everyone will know it; you will put a strain on everyone in your workplace, you might ruin his private life; and you probably will lose your job. Is it worth all of that crapp?? NO....so keep work professional and that's all. Step away from the boss!!!!

There is nothing wrong with loving with your boss. But find out more first before making the first move...like whether is he married? or whether is he nice to his every subordinate or etc...

Even if your boss Perseus this he could get the sack, it is a breach of power, the only thing you can do is change your job if he like you to.

dont fall for that. he's your boss and although sometimes these things work out most of the time they dont so you need to just pump your breaks and do your job, or else you gonna be either fired or broken hearted.

You do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. It is not possible for you to love him. You don't know him well enough. If he likes you it is most likely because you are cute and you do a good job. If he means anything more than that then he is being highly unprofessional. NEVER MIX WORK WITH PLEASURE. I cannot emphasize that enough. You either need a new love interest or a new job.
