No. It doesn't say either of things.
But it doesn't matter anyway. The bible is a book of fiction and is a terrible waste of paper. Recycle it. Maybe it can be used to make toilet tissue. That would be a good thing, finally.

Jesus never went to hell because there is no place called hell.
Humans just made that up to control people with fear.
The bible does talk about His ascending into heaven.

Luke 23:53 says his body was laid in the tomb, Hades is the word here that is translated as tomb in this rendering. Hades is greek for Hell, or the grave. As for anywhere that says we ALL will go to Hades, Hell, or the grave, it does not say that ALL will see the grave as some will be alive when Jesus comes to take His people back to Heaven. They will not taste of death or the grave, Hades. Several places it says Jesus went back to Heaven, one is in Acts 1:9-11. He did not go back in spiritual form but with his body just as we will on the day He takes us back but it will be a body made perfect. 1 Thess. 4:16-17

Go to Acts 2:30, 2:31, He would raise up the Christ to sit on his throne, "he, forseeing this, spoke concerning the resurrection of the Christ, that His soul was not left in Hades(Hell), not did his flesh see corruption. No, it does not say in the bible we all have to go to Hell before we go to Heaven. But there will be a judgment. Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior. He died for me and took on the sins of the world to save us all.

Ephesians 4:8-9 is probably what you are looking for: "This is why it says: 'When he ascended on high, he led captives in his train and gave gifts to men.'(What does 'he ascended' mean except that he also descended to the lower, earthly regions?". Jesus went to Hades (sometimes called Hell but not to be confused with Gehenna, the Hell of punishment) when he died in order to free the dead and bring them into Heaven. Could also be 1 Peter 4:6, "For this is the reason the gospel was preached even to those who are now dead, so that they might be judged according to men in regard to the body, but live according to God in regard to the spirit."
The Bible does not say that we descend into Hell before we go to heaven. It used to be, before Christ's death, that all men went to Hades but today we go to Purgatory, Heaven, or Hell (Purgatory leads to heaven eventually).

It doesn't. That is something of a tradition. I have heard (tradition again) that he went to Abraham's Bosom. That is not hell. But also not purgatory or anything else but a holding place for those saints who died before Christ came to earth. Again that is tradition.
As for the second part. Why would God send his children to hell? When you are saved, hell becomes a non option. Doesn't happen.

It doesn't say that Jesus went to hell. It doesn't mention anything about what happened to Jesus' soul or anything similar.
