How do I delete an internet softwear so it does not appear ....?

on my computer anymore? Everytime I log on it pops up and I want to delete it intirely from my computer. Help please.....

I am talking about Earthlink.. I want to uninstall it.

you have to specify more any how try this
Click Start, click control panel , click add remove programs , click change or remove programs (first tab) if the troubling program is there in that list just click and uninstall it that,s it , if it is not there go to c: ,go to Programs, find out the folder , it may be in the name of the troubling software or in the name of author find out that just delete that folder that is all

which software is it specify it so i can help u to solve ur quetion more easily but u can try this
click on start
run
{type} msconfig
select services tab and search for that software if it's not their in the list
select startup tab and search for it uncheck the box beside to disable it from startup
click on restart to view changes

to uninstall it select add remove programmes and remove it or u can simply delete registry entries
to delete registry entry-
click start
run
{type}regedit
click on edit and select find type programme name and delete all keys the programme find

to ensure ur computer is not infected do a run virus scan

This is probably some sort of spyware/malware/adware!
Download spybot search and destroy and lavasoft adaware. update the signature files and scan the system. this should remove most issues. If not a little research will find some good free programs like cwshredder and rougescanfix that target specific types of spyware.

are you talking about the messenger? IF that's the case check the tabs under preference uncheck start-up when window starts and their also other chooses their too. if their more to it save some of your important data to disk or your second hard . Open case unplug data ribbonand power connection, restart hit F11 to reformat main hard drive restart fresh and get anti-virus and install yahoo toolbar it comes with anti-spyware adware and hi-jacker and some virus detector.
