i doubt it, even with the prohibition in the united states, people in the us still made enough moonshine and other forms of alcohol illegally to keep happy; i'm sure that even if all the breweries in the worlds were to stop functioning, that people would just up and make it on their own

This produce is of actual food production not only whiskey, brandy and beer. Bread, mosquito inhibitors and crackers have barley and malt as main ingredients. If taxes are ever expendable on basic food or beverages with alcohol content then beer would just cost a little more, still at a reasonable price as now. Providers always have into consideration festivities, events and touristic promotions. It is not to happen, Peru or Ucrania would go to war on that cause (prejudice of commerce).

There could be in the south of England because beer is made mostly from water and there is a shortage down there. They already have hosepipe bans...... can you believe .... in a country as wet as the UK !!!!!
