Its not illegal in Alaska but you can only have a certain amount and minors arent allowed any. Maybe if weed was legal in iowa we wouldnt be the effin meth capital of the world!

Because the government has not been able to figure out a way to control it so they can get their share of the money. It's too easy and cheap to produce.

I think because everyone in the country besides the liberals in Florida and California, have admitted that it doesn't make sense to legalize drugs that affect the way you think. Besides, just how fat would all of America be if we all got the munchies. Yuck!
