after watching the BEHEADING VIDEO, I wonder about a design flaw in humans. If GOD foreknew events that occur in time, then what or why the evil streak that is within us?

It is all about choice.
God gave us that choice, the knowledge of good and evil, when Eve ate of the forbidden tree. After that, we were all born with that knowledge, of good and evil.

We have free will. We can choose to do good, do evil, love God or hate God.
And there are people out there who hate Him for that.

He is all-knowing and all-loving. Don't question it or the Christians will damn you to hell and then offer to pray for you
