They get warm and bacteria multiply rapidly. Chuck them out to prevent food poisoning.

I'd throw them out - eggs are a wonderfully packaged food item, but they've found salmonella inside them and with a warm dark protein-rich environment they may have been having themselves a fun time all night. Eggs aren't cheap, but toss those babies and get some more - your health isn't worth the risk.

Hopefully you don't wake up to the annoying skwaaaak of chicks dancing naked on your counter..

Seriously.. I would treat it the same as milk.. why take the chance..? They cost maybe a buck at the store... toss 'em!
Or serve omlettes to your enemys.. but they will get even :) be prepared for revenge :)

nothing, unless they are cracked. most countries, european, asian, south american, and middle eastern, the eggs are not refrigerated when you buy them. if they had to be refrigerated to prevent spoilage, then, we would have to stick them in the fridge as soon as the chicken lays an egg now wouldnt we?

They are fine, stick them back in the fridge as long as they are still whole in the shell. Otherwise throw them out.
