Go to www.anywho.com and click on the tab at the top of the page for "Reverse Lookup" ..... Enter the entire phone number ( including area code ) and click "Search". If there are results to show, it will come up ( this won't work for mobile phone numbers though )

There is software available to permit you to enter a phone number and it will give u the name and address of the resident/business but i can't remember what it is called, sorry. You could try doing a search for telephone software.

Call your public library andask them to look it up in a reverse directory. Won't work on a cell phone.

try anywho.com and choose reverse lookup.
It will give you the name and address. if it's restricted, it will still give you an approximate location
for international numbers in europe, i use infobel.be, does many countries and white, yellow and reverse info.

google "reverse lookup" then you'll get a few different pages where you can enter the phone number and they'll tell you the address.
