Personality....must be the most important feature. When I'm looking for a girl, there has to be a balance of traits: not boring, butnot too crazy either. Intelligence is definitely necessary, and if she has no self respect, then I can't respect her either. Physical attraction definitely is necessary also, but it shouldn't be the most important thing.
