If they want their merchandise back, tell them you will return it when they get a "REPLEVIN" order from the court. This will cost them money, so they'll probably not bother.

Until they get that order, don't give them anything.

No, that is why it is a called 'unsecured'. They can demand it all they want, but legally they can not have it. However, be aware that the BK court can look at your assets and demand liquidation in order to establish funds to repay your creditors.

NO, not in Chapter 13. Your debts are consolidated and a minimum payment is required. This prevents "dunning"
Chapter 7, Any assets that are part of the debt can be siezed. Credit card services may choose not to.

they can demand the world stops spinning if they want...doesn't mean they will get it. chapter 13 unsecured creditors are the last to get their money. ask your lawyer he/she will advise you appropriately.

Why would they want the merchandise back? If thats what it takes to keep them off your back, I would gladly give it back.
