In the US, Folgers (made by Procter & Gamble) is the market leader in terms of volume (i.e. how much coffee is bought & drank). In terms of $, Starbucks is (because they charge so much for a finished glass of coffee).

I worked at Procter & Gamble for 5 yrs. I have to say, though, that I'm partial to Starbucks, since I love the experience.

I don't know the most popular, but I prefer Folgers or Maxwell House. The one you choose is best.

Folgers or Starbucks. I prefer Starbucks. It isn't mass produced.
