my period was a week late and now that has come it is a lighter flow than usual. at first i thought i was pregnant, but i took two different tests and both are negative. i had a baby 9 months ago and someone told me that your periods change a lot when you have a baby, and i have absolutly no synthoms of pregnany. i just wanted to hear thoughts on this to see if it sounds normal

Look there is nothing to worry about it perectly normally for your period to change some after you have a baby. Having a lighter flow is not a bad thing at all, if you weren't coming on then you should worry. But if you are really concerned about this you should contact your GYN just to make sure that your okay and to be on the safe side.
