It's fun to make smoothies. You can take any combination of fruits that you want, add some juice, ice, and yogurt if you want.

My favorite fruit combinations are:

Strawberry banana peach
Kiwi strawberry orange
Berry mix (blueberry, raspberry, strawberry)

I usually put orange juice in my smoothies. I'm not a huge fan of yogurt, but if you feel like throwing in a cup of flavored yogurt, have fun!

If possible, use frozen fruits to add to the texture of the smoothie. And you can freeze the bananas, just make sure you take off the peel before you freeze it or it is difficult to take off.

Just remember, be creative! Experiment. It's fun!

Get out your blender. I like to use frozen fruit for the thicker constistancy. Use about 1 c. fruit, frozen or fresh. Then add 1 C. plain yogurt, or vanilla. Add a splash of milk for the right thickness, ice if you use fresh fruit, and blend til smooth!

All suggestions above are great, but my secret is to add a couple tablespoons of sugar free instant pudding to the mix. It thickens it up and adds flavor.

This morning's recipe was: Frozen strawberries, milk, Carnation Instant Breakfast (sugar free vanilla) and two tablespoons of Cheesecake flavored instant sugar free pudding. It turned out pretty darn good if I say so myself! :-)

Either milk, ice cream or yogurt along with your favorite fruit (or two) and maybe a few ice cubes (personal taste). Blend it all up.

Using a good blender combine milk, your choice of flavored yogurt and your choice of fruit. Any combination of flavors can be used.

You can add sugar if you want.

First you need a good blender. then ice and milk and whatever you want to blend in with your ice. you want the liquid to just cover the ice for good consistency.
