I asked two questions recently along those same lines and got practically NO responses from illegal immigrants or their supporters, they don't want to face the truth:

Maybe you can learn Spanish so you can understand all that "dealli-o"
also not only Mexicans here but South Americans, Caribeans, Europeans,Asians or just these Mexicans are the problem? This Country has to many phony people who are not realistic, have we corrected our past? Were your folks originally from here, from the 3rd generation and up?When those Africans where force to "illegally" come to the Americas, do we now repatriate them almost 200+ years later? Can you or your state Rep. ask ALL those multi-billion dollar corporations, stop breaking the back of all those desperadoes?Again, it all about being for REAL, this country has a lot of problems, including ALL illegals, and ALL other lawlessness, but where or who is willing to tackle these problem, surely not congress at this time. Hmmm.. Help

If more Americans follow my lead and claim their American heritage, they will have no choice but to go back to their country. And, out of all the answers I have recieved to my questions I have discovered that Mexico is no different that America. Except it is easier to migrate to America, and if immigrants from America go there they are not allowed to own land, must pay three times the taxes, excessively high rents, and are paid at least two dollars less an hour, than any Mexican working in the country.
If your more than a third generation American, claim your tax exemption status from the IRS. The forms to file are free, and it takes about six weeks to receive your tax exempt card. This card makes you exempt from federal, or state imposed federal taxes. I will still have to pay local sales tax, but with the money I'll save, I'll be able to afford the sales taxes. Americans can live as the illegals here do. And, if we claim that heritage, that puts the tax burden on the illegals. Maybe with more taxes paid by them to our government. We Americans that are being denied the American dream can finally have the chance.

In case you didn't know, Mexico is trying to fix there internal problems.

Ever heard of all the protests in Mexico City streets? Groups come from all over Mexico, shut down main streets to protest and bring attention to their cause.

You know by law they can shut down a major freeway and protest, where is that legal here, since we have such a free society?

And this happens everyday, so for all you people who say Mexicans are lazy and really don't care about their problems is simply NOT true....

BTW, there are MANY more Mexicans that don't want to come to this country than do...

Do a little research, before you ask such ignorant questions...

They can't fix it without removing the power/wealth from the ruling class. They have no true democracy and the Catholic church insists they have more children then they can possible support. The country has 2/3 more people then it can manage and no open push for birth control. It's a horrible culture and guess what? They brought it here!

In a word, Corruption in Mexico. Also, the people who run and try to escape to the US are not the kind of people who will stay and try to make Mexico a better place. The Mexican educated already have a good life in Mexico, so why leave? Only the poor will try to enter illegally.

well there are all sorts of people out there, many are working to try to fix their own country through various means. others are more concerned about trying to make things better for themselves and their families in a more immediate "here is what i know i can do" for my situation way. and i can't exactly blame them, its very difficult for many people to be able to work towards changing their their government and fixing their country while at the same time providing for a family. i have even talked with a few illegals who are working here and sending money back to support their families who are working and trying to organize their communities to "fix" their country. when you have very little you have build some kind of support system for yourself to work and branch out from.

America as we know it is a country of immigrants.

Unless you are of a native tribe of this land, your family and/or you were once and could possibly still be immigrants.

My point is, the anti-immigrant, anti-Mexican sentiment is one full of ignorance.

Again, UNLESS you are of a native tribe of this land we now know as the United States of America, you should lossen up on the sentiment.

that's actually a good question, a stronger Mexican economy and better standard of living in Mexico would make the trip to America a little less attractive

What I have noticed, at least they are hard workers, no matter how hot it is out, they are working, not complaining. Most other dudes b*tch at mowing the lawn. Although, I am upset that my job was just outsourced to India.
