I want guys to pursue me without looking like im trying. how can i do this with simple guestures?

Stop trying. You can't make it happen. Guys will come when they are interested.
Perhaps you are too young? Girls mature earlier than boys so maybe the boys you are interested in are just too young and not ready.
Also...guys like girls the other guys like, so make sure you have some guy friends, as well as girlfriends.

If you don't care what kind of guys, put out. Let that bit of info spread around and guys (mostly sleezy ones) will follow you everywhere you go.
