that ANTS can enter your head from your ears -while sleeping- and damage your brain - causing death-?

scientifically speaking.. any accident knwon for that?

Yes, ants can enter your ear canal but the worse I've seen is where you get a bite in the ear canal or areas around the ear drum. Most of the time, ample ear wax gives you some protection! Ants can't access your brain through the ear!

maybe if enough of them crawled up your nose they could suffocate you. or if fire ants bit you all over your head and you were allergic to their ant venom.... that might kill you I suppose.

I saw on the Discovery channel these huge scary ants (in Africa I think) that can carry off (and eat) small children. But a healthy adult would probably wake up before that happened.

have I set your mind at ease? or will you be having ant nightmares tonight?

No they can't. Your eardrum prevents ants, spiders, etc. from getting inside your head. They can crawl in your ear canal but not all the way inside.

Nope.The ear drum takes care of that.The ear wax is also a protective mechanism.

damaging brain will give some symptom that is not normal, at that moment contact doctor may cure the problem- i think so.
