Well, its entirely up to you, I mean, Do you want your ex ruling your love life, just because the chosen guy at the moment works with him? Does this new guy just make you happy? If so, then by all means go out with him.

Based on this, I say yes. And while you're at it, why not all the other guys who know your ex, aren't friends with him, but may work together if they ask you out?

If your "ex" is REALLY an "ex" then what's the problem? So what if they know each other, unless there are more details which need to be revealed.
