Not the historical period called the enlightenment. What is enlightenment of human consciousness?

when all thoughts have subsided and the mind is dissolved in the self (the source) the mind expands instantaneously covering the whole of creation then all is known even the unknowable,you realize your identification with the supreme self and that's there is only oneness everywhere,nothing else to see,hear,learn its the goal of existence.its difficult to describe the indescribable it has to be directly experienced by ones self

Teehee, sorry, I had to tease you.
I feel that it is understanding the difference between need and want.
Not wanting anything.
Being able to let go of all possesions.
Not wanting to tell anyone else what to do.
Understanding how all Humans are connected.
Understanding that we are connected to everything else in the Universe.
I am nowhere near these goals.
I am sure I have missed something.

ANYTHING having to do with COMING OUT OF THE DARKNESS that is on this EARTH. Adam let it into the CREATION (befor if was just GOD's LIGHT everywhere), Darkness take's many form's. Physical, mental and Spiritual.
To come out of Spiritual Darkness, you have to be Born-Again first, then you start learning bout' GOD's WORD (what HE had and has to say bout' thing's) It's in the BIBLE. Satan, the God of this world right now, BLIND's the MIND's of the Unbeliever's (like I used to be), the ONLY WAY to get rid of that BLINDNESS, is to get SAVED. Then you can start learning Spiritual thing's and come out of the REST of the Darkness. The TRUTH will set you FREE, from Darkness! Hope this helps.

We can all sit back and believe we know everything that we need to know or we can let life teach us lessons every day.
Enlightenment is the search for truth... and the joy of finding it.

Know about ur real entity as Soul, Know about God(Universal father of all Souls), Relation between u and God. That is real enlightment. All the other things will not make any considerable difference for u.
