I want a completely free software.I have adobe image ready...will that work...cause i am currently learning to create pixel art animation.

I think that 3D canvas software might be usefull.I used it some days before and it is simple and have some basic tools.
There is both free and pro version.It is good that you use the free version.See the source links below to download.
