I think the Govt has him hidden in a warehouse some where and will bring him out at their conv saying they just captured him. Its curious that the Govt can (out of millions of cows) track one cow who propagate the mad cow disease years ago back to the pasture, barn, and stable of where it was born. They can read the name of a golf ball from a satilite in space and cant find Osama. Go figure
