The bible also describes a god that has murdered millions and millions of people with a great flood. It also goes into detail how god had murdered innocent first born babies just because he was angry at their parents.
So if you want to spread the news that God is good, don't forget to mention how he also murders people and innocent babies.
If you read the bible, the serpent is described as evil and bad. Yet what was his crime? His crime was educating Gods children. Hmmm, isn't education a good thing?

You may be suprised at how little you know! For example. Do you know the Trinity's role in salvation? God the father chooses those who are to be saved before the foundation of the world (the elect). He gives thses ones he has chosen to the Son and the Son dies for those the father has given him and all of them will be saved, none will be lost, he will raise them up at the last day. The Holy Spirit applies to the hearts of the elect the work of Christ as the appointed time in their life, so they come to a realization of what has been done for them and they turn to Christ in faith. This is not done for everyone, only those the father has chosen. See. .. John 6:37-44; John 10:28; Romans 9, etc...

I believe the number one reason is that the children who grew up going to church have changed their views about church not god or jesus but the church itself , I grew up going to church every sunday and every wed. Those were the only days that church was going on. However now a days if you look at a church they have services every night almost if not all . That and I went to many churchs short of witness. I have been to every church and have been each relgion. Haveing that in my life I Have found it to be confuseing. However my children do know of jesus and god not the holy ghost .. I have been looking to take them to church lately however, so that they can at least have the info and the choice as they get older. However I always find an excuse not to go. Its harder these days to go to church for most people as its something that they themselves are not sure of I believe in a god and a higher power but it is very hard to deicide on what church to go to as there are many views to choose . I believe maybe that has something to do with it.

People know, it's just that they reject and refuse to accept the truth. They are so caught up in the ways of the world and the temporary pleasures it has to offer that they don't want to know the things they do is wrong. That is why they strike out against Christianity and anything to do with God. They don't want to be convicted of their sin and don't want to change. As the saying goes, hell is never full

So what you're really asking is why do so few people evangelize? Because I think plenty of people know about them. Just because they don't accept them, doesn't mean they don't know about them. As for evangelizing, why do you assume that the only way we can do that is by mouth? Our actions should speak louder than words, and they usually do. Many people who go around talking about God don't act like they have a clue who he is or what he's about.

This is why:
Virgin Birth - Was it a preconceived notion?
What is the Imacculate Conception?
An Imacculate Deception?
Did Jesus give up Saturday for us?
Jesus? Christianity? .
If Jesus died, he could NOT have been God.
Gods do not die? Do they?
If Jesus 'died' on Friday and 'undied' on Sunday, what else besides Saturday was sacrificed?
If Jesus died for our sins, there should not be any more sins, else why go through with it?.
If Jesus really DIED, he should be dead, dead, dead!
If you swallow this stuff, you are not going to like the folks who don't. You want them to swallow it too.

I think a lot of people try to evengelize without using common courtesy and social graces. Then it gives Christianity a bad name. St. Francis said to "Preach the Gospel at all times. Use words if necessary."

Shout all you want, but be ready to be shouted back at.
The bible was not written by God, but rather by men with agendas. Only if you feel recruitment is you thing should you go bothering anyone about it.
People have all heard of Jesus, and christianity, if they want it, they know where to find it. there's very little need to recruit more.
Do you want to deal with someone recruiting to Satanism, or "shouting out" his name because Satan is with them??

The reason why people don't know about said topics is because Christianity won't shut up about them. When people are nauseatingly inundated with the same message over and over again, they begin to filter out any communication about said topics from their consciousness. Like most marketing and propaganda, it becomes background noise.
