Hey.... how do you know when they appear? Do they come along with pain on the gum?

Thanks.

Sure,

Also headache, earpain, buzzing.
And they don't even have to appear. They are building up pressure for a long time and could just stop before breaking the surface. Even grow sideways... that really hurts.

You can feel them through your gums but if you don't know what to look for you may miss them.

If you have problems like that better let your dentist make an X-ray.

The best way to know what's up with your wisdom teeth is to have an x-ray done by your dentist. They often have to be pulled if they will not fit in your mouth or are coming in all wrong. If they will come in without problems, they generally do not cause any pain doing so.

Yes, you can have pain when they are coming through just like when babies get there teeth and gum can swell, you can also experience some pressure.

Your dentist will know , through xrays. He/she should be able to know even beforehand when , if any, surgery will be needed to remove them, if there wouldn't be any room for them in your mouth. This will avoid the unnecessary pain you would have if you would have waited. Good luck
