Vedas are some of the oldest surviving texts in the world, it is estimated that they have been written down between 1500 and 500 BCE. It is not exactly clear when the Bhagavad Gita was written, the majority of historians give dates around 50 BCE - 500 BCE. Koran was written sometime aroung the 7th Century. Bible was written and changed for a long time. It has been theorized that the canonical status of some books was discussed between 200 BC and AD 100.
