It's not just morally wrong and medically unsafe (relatives who have babies put the baby's health at risk) but it is illegal and creepy.
Your parents are RIGHT and you need to be mature enough to behave like an adult and do the right thing, which is to STOP an inappropriate relationship with your cousin.

It is genetically improper for first cousins to be in relationships. I believe it is also illegal in most countries. There are good reasons for this, which you should learn from a doctor.
