My rule is, if they wear skimpy or sexy clothes it's okay to stare because that's what they want you to do. I try not to give them that pleasure.

This is why sunglasses were invented. Buy a pair with a mirror finish so people can't see your eyes and don't stare directly at the girl you are checking out. Turn your head often.
Geez, didn't anyone else learn this from their Dad? I see guys getting busted looking all the time.

Sorry you feel girls are stupid. Maybe they are in the way they dress. All I can say is dressing provacatively is going to draw attention. Men like women and they will stare if they are dressed to get attention.
But, if you think they're stupid, maybe you should change your attitude toward women before staring.

Looking briefly and smiling is actually nice, then turn your head and check the traffic light. Staring is rude and makes women uncomfortable.

sheesh.....i think you mean GAWKING...you cant help it i guess...these girls dress this way to get attention.....slight glances here and there is ok but dont break your neck staring at them and keep your mouth closed!! i mean theyre like all the girls...the have boobs and butt like the rest of us...they just show them off more...so much more
