Wear a garter belt, stockings and heels. If you wear a thong, wear it outside your garter belt, so it slides down you legs when its time. I would wear black or suntan very steer stockings and a casual skirt.
I have never seen a guy that was able to resist an outfit like that. For some reason, guys go insane when a girl wears a garter belt.

Be yourself. Dress in an outfit that you won't worry about and that shows off your best features. Don't wear fabrics that cling to pudgy parts. Make sure whatever you wear fits the occasion (like party dress to the beach doesn't fit).
Have a friend help you with makeup so you look naturally pretty.
That's about it. If he's interested, he'll make it known.
