Your friend has a doctor willing to give her reason to get those things done. Deviated septum is a classical excuse to get a nose job. tuberous breast is a new one to me.

no,
Blue Cross and Blue Sheild do not cover any type of Plastic Sugery, unless in some cases it is required for your health. In other words if you were burned in a fire and most of your body was destroyed by fire then plastic sugery and skin grafting would be vital, thus Blue Cross and Blue SHeild would cover certain amounts of that procedure-

Surgery (including rhinoplasty and breast implants)is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges all types of surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.I have also read that they arrange financing for american and canadian patients as all cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your cosmetic surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.If you still havent got your surgery done, you are better off getting it done in India.
