I noticed that you posted 2 questions....1 about sweating and 1 about dark urine. Your body has to sweat, that is your bodies' natural cooling system. If your having dark urine it sounds to me like your trying to not drink water so you don't sweat as much.... that is not good on your kidneys or the rest of your body for that matter. The adult human needs 8-10 eight ounce glasses of water per day to stay healthy. Adequate water intake aids in healing and many other things. Bacteria enjoy uric acid and your kidneys, ureters, bladder and urethra is full of that right now. Your well on your way to getting a serious infection. If your urine is dark that is your body saying I NEED MORE H2O!! YOUR DEHYDRATED! (Hope that answers some questions) By the way...be thankful you sweat, your cooling system works well, your chances of having trouble with heat is very low. eg. heat stroke

I know first hand the pain of bladder infections and i was peeing blood and i was told that caffeine is really bad for you. Fizzy drinks are full of caffeine. Drink plenty of water, cranberry juice and barley water. If this doesn't help, you need to see your doctor.

Your not eating the right things you see you need to eat a bit of ever thing. To have the wright diet IT COULD ALSO CAUSE GAUL STONE [if your no getting enough fluids] But its nothing to do with dehydrating just make sure your getting the right vitamins and minerals which all come from having a healthy staple diet.

You should clean out your system by drinking 8 to 10 eight ounce glasses of water a day. KEEP HYDRATED - this is easy to do and you CAN do it yourself. So you owe it to yourself, you'll see an improvement in just 1 to 2 days. Like Nike says, JUST DO IT!

I agree, drink plenty of water and some cranberry juice helps me when I think I am getting a urinary tract infection. If it doesn't clear up in a day or two after drinking more fluids see your doctor.

Drink more water and take a sample to the Dr. Get examined and get some blood tests, you need to be sure if it's just strong urine or if there is any blood in your urine

it means that you are severely dehydrated, drink more water (not alcohol)
the darker the pee, the more dehydrated you are. also get some vitamin c in side you.
it tends to happen if you drink and smoke a lot.
