Some girls are just beautiful and pretty by nature, this means she doesn't need makeup she's just beautiful or pretty.
Some girls need a very little makeup to make she self pretty
Some girls carry herself in a way that makes other notice her, it's something about her that makes those around her say she's Hott & pretty.
She has self esteem about herself that she knows she looks good and that she can get guys without trying
It all depends on how she feels about herself.
I have been around girls who were very pretty ( face wise) but her personalite SUCKED and that made her the ugliest one around
So it just depends on how u carry yourself and what & how he likes her

It may be your natural beauty. Some girls can be beautiful the minute they wake up in the morning. I think that if a guy tells you that you are hot then he just wants to get in your pants. A guy or girl can tell you that you are pretty. That more of a elementary word. But since he told you that you are beautiful then he is probably more interested in your personality unless he is a suck up for a mother. But you seem beautiful from the picture :)
