It gets easier as you get older. First rule: you can THIINK anything that you want of anyone you want; just don't let it out of your lips. Next, focus on what the person is saying: maybe it's constructive critisim, maybe it's true. Third, ask yourself, is this worth my time and worry??? Is it truly worth wasting my breath when it's not going to make any difference anyway if I'm angry? I'm only hurting myself here. God Bless

You just do.

Could you control your anger in a bikerbar? Then imagine you are there.

If this is getting out of hand you should seek professional help. Start with your familydoctor. He should know where to get you appropriate help.

Start running. (not from the bikers but as stress relief) Start with a few minutes a day and build it up to what you need. At least 3 times a week without fail.

Maybe joining a boxingclub will work for you.

First of all, people are giving way too simple answers to you. If you really feel you have a problem with anger, maybe you should talk to a counselor. There are a lot places that you can get counseling at a low cost and sometimes even free if you are a student somewhere. Also, there are books that can help if you check out amazon. If you really wanna work on it, you'll find a way to help yourself and get better. It will help you tremendously in the long run to catch this problem now and try to work on it. Good luck!

Count to 10 and walk away from the situation. Then count to 50, get a drink of water, walk around the block. If that doesn't work, start from the beginning and do it all over again. Trust me, it is not worth it to get angry. It causes people to say hurtful things, it raises your blood pressure and only feeds more anger. Break the cycle.

practising the AWAREness as to what TRIGERRS it.

normally, every individual, in every situation receives NON-VERBAL messages inside the HEAD before anger takes over.
By sensitising urself to this SUBTLE Self inside U,
u cld possibly, over a time - EXPRESS UR ANGER WITHOUT HURTING OTHERS, URSeLF AND THE FURNITURE around.

The best thing that I have found that works for me is to get away from the problem even if it means to just go for a walk. I have a child with adhd and he likes to argue alot and do things he is not suppose to and when i get angry, I send him to his room and go do things outside. It really helps me to settle down and look at things from a different point of veiw.
