I am going to New York city in July and want to go to some good cheap restaurants.I also want to take a tour of Statute of Liberty Empire State Building,Harlem etc.Any info on a good one would be appreciated.

There's still some restriction on access to the Statute of Liberty, in place after 9/11. You can go to the island, but I'm sure that you're not permitted to climb to the crown any longer. I did that often as a child.

Oh yea, there's a place I recommend. It's called Gray's Papaya. It's a hot dog "restaurant" and not a hot dog stand where they're famous for their 75 cent hot dogs. If you're a tourist, you have to go here. It's a landmark. Also, if you go into Chinatown, there's a lot of good restaurants that are cheap there.
