Where can I down load anti spyware and adware programmes - not just trial versions. I have tried superantispyware but it is a trial version only and has just run out . Also anti virus programmes.

I've got this lot installed. Only download from the official site, update and run once a week.

Go to www.download.com and type in Adaware SE. Its free and easy to use.
Then Spybot ,also free and easy to use.remember to download updates from "a safernetworking 2" within the program and to "immunize"(it really is simple)
www.zonealarm.com for a free firewall(make sure you look in the site map and select the zonealarm free option)
www.grisoft.com for AVG FREE. free anti-virus software thats easy to use and updates itself.
Be sure to completely remove any other firewall and anti-virus software before installing new ones.
The installation files can be safely removed once the programs are installed.

go to www.download.com there are some antispyware prog that is not trial version and quite good. download the programme that have the highest rating...i think it is spyware docters..
