Not sure about HK or Japanese stores, but Amazon.com will ship to Singapore. Or you can also use Vpost - I think they now have a japanese service where you can order from a store in Japan, have them send it ot your VPost Japan address and then Vpost will send it to you in Singapore.

I would suggest to just get a camera also in singapore. It's more cheaper than any other asian countries plus you don't have to pay for the sea/air frieght, duties and taxes.

If you can't find an online store that will ship international, you can have a friend buy one in the US and bring it to a UPS Store. They can send it anywhere in the world.
