ive read your profile and previous questions and for whatever reasons i believe you are deeply unhappy within your self-depression if you like-actively find solitude, get comfortable and try to focus on one thought only-as your mind clears search for the root of your problem, try to identify the real source-elect a way to change it to your benefit-take action,no matter how small .you will then have begun to fight back and feel better about yourself and this in turn with each action you alone make to affect the path of your destiny-as is your right-will give you back the control you feel you may be losing-and hopefully have you feeling like smiling again-its worth a try, good luck.x -remember "a journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step !"x

Grow up! Take a good look in the mirror and see what you are expressing as the human being you were created to be! You are not someone else, something else...you are YOU! Now what do you want that to be? Some whinning individual who wants to be something else? Then do it! Change! Change is the only constant in life and you can be whatever you want to be. No therapist can do anything with your attitude...only you can do something with you...do it!

The simplest solution is to learn to trust yourself back,go out with friends whom you like to be with that made you laugh, cry and angry. There is no white nor black person for that matter. You are who you are .A normal person.
No therapist can help you get out of the knots you are hanging in your heart.Your willpower to get out of the mess is the way to get those knots untied from your heart not by sucidal methods that will only leave the deepest scars those whom you loved and loving you silently.
Be strong for yourself and your family and friends. You can walk out of the shadow

I think you need a universal remote. I saw the movie CLICK and Adam Sandler turned himself purple and green and gave himself a healthy tan all with a remote control. Good Luck.

hey dude you are in rut right now because of circumstances i don't know but you should be proud of your skin color and heritage and since you say you have a shrink listen carefully to that person with no intention to reply just listen. also i think you should read the book of Ester in the bible it's just about i girl who stands up for her race of people in a time that no one wanted them around. so really dude don't go and do something crazy because there's probably something you like about you and tons of things others like about you. also if you killed yourself you wouldn't end anything you just mess up the rest of your family allot and they are probably just worried sick right now if you want to become white. well that's all I've got to say but please don't give up life is to great to worry about skin color and think about suicide trust me I've thought about that option and it just makes everything worse.just give the bible and your srhink a second chance.

Ask yourself what's wrong with the color you are. If you aren't happy within yourself changing your skin colour isn't going to change a thing.
Good luck.
There must be at least one thing about yourself that you like.
start there.
