- so LA doesn't make the list. Due to the fact the people are idiots, there is no central city, place is totally void of character and the people are phony.

I lived in Long Beach CA, which is just next to Los Angeles. It is very noisy, crowded, and the people are "cold". When I applied for jobs ((I had 15 years exerience at that time)) - I called, faxed, and e-mailed every company in my field. NO one had the decency to call back! I had to go thru a temp agency & when I finally got to the interviews, the people were "cold" & very uncaring.
The water is REALLY BAD, the TRAFFIC is WORSE! I drove outside at 04:00 in the morning to see if traffic was better - NOT! There are cars going everywhere. The cost of living is HORRENDOUS.
Long story short - NO Los Angeles is NOT a good place to live, unless you enjoy being in a bad place.
Did you know that there is a way to find a better place to live - where you can have insight about the themes that living in that place would have in store for you? I moved to a specific location to complete the bulk of a writing project & it worked! Then I moved to a different location to earn great money & that worked too!

I think Los Angeles is a cool place to be I just got back from Cal. 2 weeks ago i flew down to Reno neveda to drive to Cal. Squaw Valley where they have the olimpic it was cool but it was hot and the way the gas price is geze

los Angele's is a large city filled with drugs and crime and gang activity it also has areas that are livable if you seek them out and do your homework the weather is nice
and there is good to be found in all places.

I'ts way too crowded, very Hot, houses are expensive, alot of crime and traffic is a Nightmare!
